Zrayo is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and agents for property transactions in Nigeria. We provide tools for property listings, communication, and secure transactions. Zrayo is not a real estate agency and does not own, buy, or sell properties directly.

To use Zrayo, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.

By using Zrayo, you agree to:

You are responsible for the content you upload, including property details, photos, and pricing.

• Only post property listings that you are authorized to list.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• Respect other users and not engage in fraud, scams, or misleading practices.
• Use Zrayo for lawful purposes only.

Zrayo retains information about each property, including past prices, uploaders, and listing history. This ensures:

• Transparency for future buyers and renters, such as showing previous and current property values.
• Fraud prevention by flagging duplicate or suspicious listings.
• Even if you delete your account, historical property records may remain visible for transparency and security.

Payments made through Zrayo are processed securely using trusted third-party providers.

• Zrayo may charge service or transaction fees, which will be disclosed before you complete any payment.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You may not:

• Upload false, duplicate, or misleading property listings.
• Attempt to impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal transactions.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of Zrayo, including hacking or spreading malware.
• Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

All content, design, and branding of Zrayo, excluding user-uploaded listings, are the property of Zrayo Ventures. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without permission.

Zrayo provides the platform as is without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability.

• We are not responsible for the outcome of property transactions between users.
• Users are advised to exercise caution, perform due diligence, and verify property details before entering into agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zrayo is not liable for:

• Losses arising from property transactions between users.
• Fraudulent actions by third parties.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zrayo if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, with the Effective Date updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
